The Laredo Center for the Arts invites the community to its Crossing
Borders Open House reception on Saturday, December 9,
from 6 to 8 p.m. The evening will feature an Artist
Reception, Award Presentation for Crossing Borders,
the 14th Annual International Juried Exhibition and
our Annual Member Meeting.
